Project Qualification Gate
We do not review generic enquiries. If you currently hold RIBA Stage 3/4 architectural drawings and are preparing to tender to main contractors, you must submit your project parameters below to be considered for the Phase 0 Procurement Protocol.

- The Estimated Project Value (£).
- The Current RIBA Stage of your architectural drawings.
- Your Targeted Site Commencement Date.
- Your Current Commercial Status (e.g., preparing to tender, received inflated builder quotes, or require JCT contract engineering).
