About Nick Marin

My foundation in the construction industry runs deep. Having been immersed in the mechanics of building from an early age, I learned the realities of the industry from the ground up. Over a decade and a half, I progressed through every tier of project delivery, ultimately serving as a Construction Director until late 2024.

This journey provided me with the ultimate education. Because I have operated at the highest levels of contracting, I understand not just how complex structures are built, but exactly how supply chains price, where contractual friction occurs, and why high-value projects financially derail.

I transitioned into independent consultancy to bring this insider expertise directly to private clients, developers, and their appointed design teams. Operating as a Principal Project Consultant, I act as the commercial engine behind the scenes. My focus is to help manage financial exposure, structure robust trade contracts, and provide the rigorous commercial control required to deliver complex and heritage developments safely from concept to completion.
