(2021-Present)
In 2021, I rebranded and focused primarily on high-end residential projects, including new builds, conversions, full house renovations, and various extensions. With a commitment to sustainability, I introduced zero-carbon solutions into the projects.

• Ealing Project: Installed an air-source heat pump for efficient, eco-friendly heating.
• Westminster Project: Removed gas infrastructure and converted the property to electric systems, contributing to a cleaner energy footprint.
• Malden Road Project: Implemented full ecological insulation and upgraded the heating system to an air-source heat pump, ensuring the project is built to zero-carbon standards.

Impact
Successfully led 15+ projects, ensuring compliance, controlling budgets, and adhering to design standards on projects over £2M. 
Incorporated zero-carbon upgrades into projects, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainable solutions. 

Consultant – Lead Project Management & Consultancy (LEAD PMC)
(2021-Present)
Provided consultancy services for commercial and residential construction projects, contributing to client satisfaction through effective project management and strategic guidance. 

• Delivered successful outcomes for diverse projects 
• Applied construction management expertise to improve project efficiency 

Impact
In residential projects, I optimise resources, streamline processes, and manage costs, saving approximately 10% of the budget through effective consultancy. 

Site Manager – Cala Homes (December 2021)
I was brought in provide one week cover for the Site Manager. In their absence, I was responsible for 14 units of plots and their construction. My key duties were:

• Managing site teams and workflows
• Inspecting properties and hand over to Project Manager
• Planning project work and oganising sub contractors accordingly
• Carrying out health & safety checks

Impact
As a Site Manager at Cala Homes, I oversaw site operations, coordinated teams, managed resources, ensured quality and safety, and communicated with stakeholders to deliver high-quality homes on time and within budget. 

Freelance Site Manager / Project Manager – Northwick Park Hospital, London
(2019)
For two months during 2019, I took on a freelance role as Site Manage/Project Manager. This project consisted of upgrading hospital wards, installing fire rated doors and fire stopping.

Impact
As a freelance site manager upgrading hospital fire doors, I ensured safety compliance, coordinated contractors, managed resources, and controlled costs, saving the hospital about 20% on the project budget. 

Project Manager/Site Manager – NCM Building Ltd
(2014-2021)
Using all of my previous experience and skills, I decided to set up my company and team up with architects and engineers to build commercial and residential structures. I have extensive experience specialising in all kinds of construction work such as: new build, side and rear extensions, garage conversions, loft conversions, house refurbishment, landscaping, planning and design, kitchen fitting and bathroom fitting.

Project Manager –Private Developers & Investors
(2011-2014)
Whilst working with private developers and investors, I also did Project Management on an ad-hoc basis. Most of the work included project managing construction of houses, conversions and extensions.

Freelance Builder/Groundworker –Murphy
(2008-2010)
As a Freelance Builder, I took on small renovation projects and also worked for Murphy as a groundworker and carried out yard maintenance work.
